I'm born 1983, married and currently teaching as permanent lecturer at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and at MSU-IIT, Iligan, The Philippines.
After finishing school I studied Mathematics and Physics to become a teacher at Secondary Schools in Germany. After my state exam however, I decided to stay at the university for my Ph.D. in Mathematics/Mathematical Physics and here I am still. Nevertheless I am still having projects with schools and I am still teaching special supplementary topics at a Secondary School. STEM Education, i.e. the combination of various STEM disciplines and Mathematical Modelling in Schools are part of my projects.
For many years I am also in Development Assistance at universities all around the world. In 2018 we hosted a workshop in Representation Theory and Mathematical Physics at AIMS Rwanda, which was followed up by a Mathematical Modelling week which I conducted digitally at AIMS in Kigali. Since 2020 I am involved in several projects with MSU-IIT in Iligan. Among those are the supervision of sandwich Ph.Ds, the consultation at the revision of the graduate studies and the fostering of research projects. The success of latter can be seen by the fact that the MOCOS Philippines charter - in collaboration with me - provided reports for the local decision makers in the COVID19 pandemic.
